My parents are buying a property in Lancaster City to rent. My mom asked if I still plan on moving back. I probably will. I gave her requests for the rental (since I would obviously be a [paying] tenant):
1) space for a big dog, so I can adopt a pitbull
2) decent area for me to go running (they’re worry warts anyway, so I didn’t really need to request)
3) a yard so I can have a little veggie garden
Edit: oh! I need to email her to add “bathtub” and “gas stove” to my list.
At least the bathtub. Have not had one (or lived with gross-ish people that couldn’t keep it comfortably clean) in yeeeaaaars.
