I was apprehensive of my yoga class yesterday. It’s been  YEARS since I’ve taken yoga. I know I have pretty exceptional balance and flexibility for the average woman my age, but not only has it been forever, everyone else in class was a “regular.” 

Also: they actually played Enya. 

No worries! I kicked butt.

And today: my butt is kicked. I think it will be good cross training for my running. There’s also another class on Mondays in Fed Hill that’s an ab/core class specifically for runners. I’m going to start adding that in with spin class and yoga.
