Started this yesterday…it’s interesting. I still do all my other workouts (yoga, pilates, spinning and my running), but I like having strength training that keeps me engaged.
Saturday is the first Baltimore Marathon Practice Run with the Falls Road Running Store! I’m only doing the Half in October, but the first practice run is only 8 miles. I finish up the last 2 or 3 miles on my own after it’s done.
I’m also planning on signing up for hopefully the Phily half and definitely the Disney FULL MARATHON on my birthday weekend. :-) My friend Chuck works for Disney and offered me a place to crash in case I can’t get a group to join me. Pretty excited for all of it!
